Whether Microsoft 365, Google Drive or DATEV – the integrations make it possible to pass documents from third-party applications to sproof Sign seamlessly, sign them digitally and, if necessary, automatically resynchronize them. This article gives you an overview of all available integrations and their concrete usage possibilities.

1. Microsoft Word

With the integration into Microsoft Word you can send documents directly from the Word application to sproof Sign. The currently opened document is transferred seamlessly and is immediately available for signature.

• Features:

  • Upload of the currently opened document

  • Send individual documents directly from Word

2. Microsoft Teams

The integration into Microsoft Teams allows documents to be passed directly from team channels to sproof Sign and signature requests to be sent to team members or external recipients.

• Supported: Microsoft Teams (desktop and web)

• Features:

  • Automatic login via SSO

  • Upload of documents from channel root folders

  • Invitations to signature requests directly from Teams

  • Automatic sync of documents after signing.

3. Microsoft SharePoint

With the SharePoint integration you can send documents directly to sproof Sign. After successful signing, the signed document is automatically resynchronized.

• Supported: SharePoint Online

• Features:

  • Automatic login via SSO

  • Upload of documents from SharePoint

  • Resynchronization of signed documents including audit trail

4. Synchronization with Microsoft Entra ID

The Microsoft Entra ID synchronization enables automatic assignment of the members of your sproof Sign plan to the corresponding groups in your Microsoft Entra ID.

6. Google Drive

With the Google Drive integration you can transfer documents directly from your Google Workspace (Drive or Docs) to sproof Sign – without intermediate storage.

  • Upload of documents from Google Drive or Google Docs

7. ADVOKAT

sproof Sign is integrated into ADVOKAT products such as Advocom. You can sign in with your ADVOKAT ID and start signature processes directly.

• Features:

  • Sign in with ADVOKAT ID

  • Automatic start of a paid package

  • Billing is handled via ADVOKAT

8. DATEV (DIGISign)

The integration into DATEV DIGISign enables the use of qualified electronic signatures (QES) directly from the DATEV system.

  • Integration of sproof Sign for QES signatures

  • Direct invitation of DATEV contacts to sign

9. Zapier

Via the Zapier integration you can include sproof Sign in automated no-code processes. Ideal for linking with other business tools.

• Type: No-code tool

• Features:

  • sproof available as a module

  • Integration with third-party systems (e.g. CRM, ERP)

  • Use requires API token

10. Make (formerly Integromat)

With Make you can build custom workflows that include sproof Sign as a component.

11. NScale (Kyocera)

sproof Sign is integrated into the document management system (DMS) NScale from Kyocera. Usage takes place within the Kyocera ecosystem.

12. DocuWare

sproof Sign is integrated in DocuWare as a digital signature solution. You can connect workflows in DocuWare directly with sproof Sign.

  • Full integration into DMS and workflow processes of DocuWare

13. RZL Sign

The RZL Sign module enables the digitization of signature processes directly from the RZL KIS document management.

• Function:

  • Direct sending of documents from the RZL KIS document management

  • Automatic synchronization of the signed document into the KIS

  • Display of the signing status in its own column in the KIS
