As part of the Enterprise Services, your sproof Sign Account can be adapted to your Corporate Identity (CI). With custom branding you ensure a professional and recognizable external presence – both for internal users and for external recipients of signed documents.

The customizations affect, among other things, logo, colors, email design and even the login area. A prerequisite for the branding is the registration of your domain(s) in the system.

📑 Step-by-step Guide

1. Requirement: Register domain

• Navigate in your admin dashboard to the “License and Team” section.

• Register your desired domain(s) there – e.g.:
  firma.de,firma2.at

• Important: Enter multiple domains comma-separated and without spaces.

• sproof checks the entries to exclude generic domains such as gmail.com or outlook.de.

2. Domain-based user assignment (Wildcard feature)

• When the “Domain-Wildcard” feature is enabled:

  • All people with a registered domain are automatically added to your plan after login.

  • Once the initially agreed user quota is exhausted, additional instances are automatically booked.

3. Branding per domain or across domains

• You can either:

  • apply a uniform branding for all domains or

  • define individual branding per domain.

• If a user with a specific domain is added, the corresponding branding is applied automatically.

5. Personalization of email subject & invitation text

You can define default texts at the plan level that can be individually overridden. The following placeholders are available to you:

• {senderName} = Name of the inviter

• {documentName} = Name of the document or folder

These placeholders are automatically replaced in the text and enable dynamic, personalized communication.
