Fresh Look for sproof: We Shine in "Trust Green"
Our new primary color now runs throughout the entire sproof world, sending a clear signal of security and digital trust directly to our web app and website. However, this is just the beginning of a larger visual journey: The new shade offers a first glimpse of what's to come. By the end of the year, the entire user interface of our web application will present itself in a completely new look.
Sign Document Envelopes with Only One Approval
The signature process has been simplified: For QES and AES+, confirmation of the second factor is now required only once per document envelope – regardless of the number of documents.
Improved Assistance Function
PIN entry has been optimized: When switching between assistance sessions, no new PIN entry is required within 30 minutes, as long as the IP address remains the same.
Internal Support for All Plan Members
Plan members can now add administrators as internal support so that admins can help even faster with questions. Learn more about this in our Academy in the module “Assistance & Support”.

Support requests can be created directly in the “Assistance & Support” area.
More Performance with Large Documents
Thanks to platform optimizations, especially large documents can now be opened, edited, and signed noticeably faster.
Cost Center Assignment
Assign members a cost center for the plan statistics. There are three ways to do this:

Directly in the overview of your plan members: via the three-dot symbol > Edit cost center.

Via Entra ID: Set directly in the synchronization settings.

Via the API: Automated assignment via interface.
Comprehensive Innovations in sproof Ident: German eID Card, Auto-Ident, and International eIDs Now Available Directly via UI and API
The enhancements are now available via the API and directly in the sproof Ident user interface. Newly integrated is the German eID card, through which secure attributes such as name and address can be queried. In addition, the new automated auto-identification procedure via document verification and liveness check enables identification within minutes without waiting times. Requesters receive the complete data set including a verification report. Furthermore, sproof Ident now supports the entire eID Hub with a limited data set (first name, last name). This allows you, in addition to ID Austria, many other international procedures for fast, cross-border identification.

Form Fields via the API
Form fields in workflows can now be dynamically pre-filled via API with values from external systems. In addition, the extended API returns individual form fields, fully automating the collection of signatures and data.

1. From Preview to "Summary"
The previous preview button has been renamed. With just one click, a clear summary opens that shows you all the details of your configuration:

Recipient Details: Who has which role (e.g., signer, approver, or viewer)? Are global or individual e-signature standards applied?

Visibilities: You can immediately see if certain documents have been hidden for individual recipients.

Settings: As the sender, you retain full control over all email settings and general settings.
Even after sending, you can reopen the summary via the detail view or by clicking on the document status in the list view.
You see the current status for each recipient and document and immediately know where the process stands.
2. Full Transparency in Workflows and Templates
This new logic also applies to your workflows. Both placeholders for documents and for people are correctly considered in the summary, so you always keep an overview even with complex processes.
